We were greeted immediately by Melissa the manager and all the staff with smiles and help. We ordered the incorrect size on a couple drinks and went to go fix it and immediately were given a bigger size up at no additional cost. We wanted to get a few more sauces and we were given a bag full on top of that the immediate attention to anyone that was at the counter was extremely quick and with a smile. It’s not very common that you come into fast food places where people are excited to be here or give the air of excitement and that is exactly what we felt. We will always come to this specific place anytime we are in the area! This is a new location and everyone is happy to be here. The world is full of unkind, rude and boastful individuals that make one’s day worse than any other had. This entire staff thoroughly enjoys being here and actually care which is something I will always support. We even had another manager Joshua happily go from table to table confirming if everything was made to our liking and fresh. The energy and pride for what the team at this location does is unmatched anywhere else I’ve been. Keep spreading smiles yall! Thank you again!

I went in the dinner time and that is the cleanest store I have been at. The food was fresh and burger was done perfect because I’m a picky eater. The staff was so nice especially Jesus and Joshua.

Came back into town for the holidays after being up in Illinois with no Whataburger near me. I go to this location and I’m so mad I can’t bring them up with me. The food INCREDIBLE! The service UNMATCHED! Miguel was AMAZING! 10/10 will come back as much as I can before I go back home!

Stopped for breakfast on November 23, 2024. Person in drive in speaker could not talk so you could understand him. Took almost 20 minutes from the speaker to getting our order. People pulled away from window with no food and held us up. Our coffee was Luke warm and food not fresh. One man working the second line was hustling. Our server at the window could not speak so you could understand him and had long dread locks down past his shoulders. Not sanitary and not a good fit for a drive in window. The line did not move even one car for most of our wait.

This now my second time visiting while Jodi is working and she is such a great worker! The staff here has gotten better about providing hot fresh food and the building seems a lot cleaner. We will definitely be returning now that the service is better than a few months ago.

Came from out of town and stopped by for a quick lunch and the food was amazing. I asked for onion rings and it was done just like I like it. Tried the fajita taco and asked for the veggies to be cooked extra and was done perfect. Everyone one was so friendly. The cashier Andrea was very friendly and so was the manager Jesus.

I just give a huge shout out to Allyson and the whole staff that was there. Just outstanding wonderful the Burger was hot and fresh. Maybe it was well done like the way I like it cause I’m like a little charcoal with it. You know a little realness to it of course and everything else was good. I’m definitely having my friends and family will be visiting and going there and love the atmosphere and thank you and I really appreciate y’all. Thank you.
